Streatham

Slightly south and east of Balham sits the green and leafy enclave of Streatham with its large central common, a haven for joggers, walkers and nature lovers with its frequent guided walks around the common.

Home to three train stations, Streatham, Streatham Hill and Streatham Common taking you into the City or the West End, Streatham has a plethora of other transport options too, including buses to take you all over town. The properties of Streatham are many and varied, comprising stately Victorian villas, inter-war family homes, 1920’s deco flats and brand new apartments, Streatham has something for everyone. There are plenty of schools in the area, both Primary and Secondary, and the ever-morphing high road (the longest in Europe) has eating options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Explore The Area

Streatham generally has lower property prices than Balham and Clapham. It is located in zone 3, only 10 minutes away from London Victoria. Streatham Common is great for a weekend nature walk and family gatherings.
