Help to Buy
Lucy Pendleton to give insight into the recent November 2017 House Price Index.
James Pendleton is an amazing company. They have been a big part of me winning a bronze medal in Rio 2016 and have been so supportive with all my achievements, which wouldn't have been possible without them. They have given me so many opportunities, I am privileged to be associated with such fantastic people who give so much back to the local community.

Having recently rented my property through James Pendelton, I can't recommend them highly enough. They walked me through the process and found me amazing tenants. From the first contact they were professional and informative. Thank you to Jacob, you were amazing. Thank you also to the Angel Department who, after realising I needed safely certificates, sorted everything out for me and made sure I had everything in order.

An amazing start for Wandsworth's star footballers

  • The mighty FFK Dynamos Under 8’s started their league season and, for that matter, their football careers with their first proper game against Tooting Park Rangers.

There was great excitement amongst the boys and even a crowd as grandparents and friends joined friends on the touch line for the big match.

Bedecked in their bright yellow kits featuring the logo of team sponsors James Pendleton the Dynamos started their first home game in dominant fashion, metaphorically announcing “We Live Here!” with a fantastic first performance. From early on it seemed there would be only one winner despite a spirited and sporting effort from Tooting Park Rangers, a school class that have come together to form a football club.

As the sun shone on Wandsworth Common the Dynamos grew in confidence and the goals followed thick and fast. The final score was 13 – 1 to the Dynamos. This flattered the home team as despite the score line Joseph Plunkett the Dynamo goalkeeper was kept busy throughout and even saved a penalty.

There will be harder matches to come but the happy little Dynamos started the season in style, even in yellow…

Next week the Dynamos travel (admittedly, not far) to play AFC Wandsworth.
