James Pendleton is an amazing company. They have been a big part of me winning a bronze medal in Rio 2016 and have been so supportive with all my achievements, which wouldn't have been possible without them. They have given me so many opportunities, I am privileged to be associated with such fantastic people who give so much back to the local community.
Having recently rented my property through James Pendelton, I can't recommend them highly enough. They walked me through the process and found me amazing tenants. From the first contact they were professional and informative. Thank you to Jacob, you were amazing. Thank you also to the Angel Department who, after realising I needed safely certificates, sorted everything out for me and made sure I had everything in order.
James Pendleton Proudly Sponsor Abbotswood Road Street Fair
This weekend the James Pendleton team will head to Abbotswood Road, SW16 to support the Abbotswood Road Street Fair, a fantastic annual event with activities for all the family.
It's the second year that James Pendleton, with the help of their team of in-house charity fundraisers LiveToGive, have supported the event, which is just one example of the kind of wonderful community-led street parties to be found throughout the Capital in summer. The Fair, which takes place on 23rd April from 1pm to 5pm, will bring together the best of local creative and business talent in a programme of events which includes a ukulele band, a dog show, a choir and a gymnastic parade (not all at the same time!).
This year Abbotswood Fair welcomes a special guest, Aaron McKibbin. A Wandsworth local sponsored by James Pendleton. McKibbin won a Bronze medal at the 2012 Paralympics for Table Tennis and will represent the country again in Rio this summer. Join Aaron to find out more about what it takes to be a champion athlete - and pick up some pro tips! Read more about Aaron's journey to Rio at aaronmckibbin.com.
Besides bringing together the local community, the Abbotswood Road Street Fair has been organised to raise funds and awareness for The Haven, a charity which provides support, centres, staff and advice for those suffering from breast cancer.
As well as sponsoring the fair, James Pendleton will be running a 'How Many Balloons In The Car' competition for the second year running. With a prize of £250 at stake and all proceeds going to The Haven, we challenge everyone at the fair to have a guess and take a chance on winning!
We look forward to seeing you all this weekend in SW16. If you're attending the Fair, or have any quwstions about it, tweet your photos or comments to @AbbotswoodRd or Instagram @AbbotswoodStreetFair.
