Our trained financial team are experienced in rent collection and credit control and will also keep you informed on your financial position.
The James Pendleton finance team is there to set up rental standing orders, produce monthly landlord statements, ensure regular rent collection and that bills have been paid before tenants move out.
We employ an Inspection Officer to carry out up to four assessments a year on rental properties. You will receive a report each time with photos or videos of any maintenance issues as well as recommendations for work required.
Your tenants will have access to an out-of-hours service, enabling them to report repairs of an emergency nature outside of office hours.
