The RAM Brewery
is a landmark at the heart of the local culture of Wandsworth. Brewing beer since
the 1500s, the site represents the local area’s industrial roots, which the recent pedestrianisation of
Old York Road is respectful of. The site’s new incarnation will be called The Ram Quarter
retain and support the heritage buildings which have long defined the area, while sensitively
bringing the redevelopment of 338 new apartments into line with Wandsworth’s character.
