The data that we collect from you is stored in a cloud based Customer Relationship Management system and on our secure servers. Any payment services will be done through Worldpay or an equivalent provider. Where we have given you a password which enables you to access certain parts of our website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that we and our Data Processors adapt Industry standard security protection systems to ensure the security of your data.
Where personal data is stored in locations other than the EEA, we have assured ourselves that the Data Processor is aware of their responsibilities for the privacy and security of your data under GDPR.

You have the right to ask us not to use your information for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (when we collect your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your data to any third party for such purposes.
