Our largest office in Clapham South is now home to an impressive glass walled boardroom which can be seen from the street outside so our clients can clearly see who we are and how we work. Our Battersea office sits at the heart of the vibrant area surrounding Clapham Junction and is one of our busiest offices. The office’s location amongst assorted independent and chain shops and boutiques makes it a convenient point of contact for shoppers, visitors or locals needing immediate advice or action.
Our Battersea Park office was the first to be rebranded, in April 2010. This office is a fascinating building, resembling a quaint rustic cottage sitting beside both the bustling Chelsea Bridge Road and the green expanses of the famous Park. Our team at Battersea Park are perfectly placed to work within such a diverse area and have achieved outstanding results in 2011.
Our founding and largest office on Balham Hill is a first point of contact for many of our clients and has undergone extensive redecorations this year. As well as becoming more open plan, with a prominent and convenient meeting point for our current and prospective walk in clients, Clapham South now incorporates several new offices, housing our financial, PR, Marketing and Social Media teams. The stand out feature of the newly refurbished office is an impressive glass walled boardroom which can be seen from the street outside. This transparency suits us as we’d like our clients to clearly see and recognise both our team and the way in which our business is run.
Our Clapham Common branch is another of our busiest. Located beside the tube station and with a view over the Common, the office is an extremely convenient point of contact and like all of our offices is open until 7pm daily. The team at Clapham Common use their expert knowledge of the area to inform clients from all over the world in finding their ideal property.
Also within five minutes’ walk of Clapham Common tube station is our new Property Management Office. Our PM team specialise in taking care of everyday issues affecting your property-maintenance or appliance issues, the acquisition of relevant certificates and landlord-tenant relations all fall under the expertise of Property Management. The team is now based solely in this office, providing our clients with a convenient point of contact. If the office is closed the team can still be contacted in an emergency via telephone.
Situated on Bellevue road opposite its namesake, the team at our Wandsworth Common office are the experts on property to buy or rent in the Wandsworth Common area. This office is a comfortable and convenient port of call for residents, shoppers and day trippers alike, and its location offers a snapshot view of what’s on offer in Wandsworth.
Wandsworth Town is a bustling and well-connected suburban locale, and the Tonsleys a sought after neighbourhood known for its period terraced properties. Our office is conveniently located at the heart of the area, a very short walk from Wandsworth Town Station. Our Wandsworth and Tonsleys team are the experts when it comes to property in this diverse region and are an established local force.
