Local award winning estate agency company, James Pendleton Estate Agents, which has seven offices covering South West London, has been successfully raising money for worthy charities for over two years now.

Lee James Pendleton states “We are delighted to be raising money for the charities and we are seeing its making a real difference to people lives, we spend most of our life and times working for ourselves but we feel that with an amount of focused effort and time managing we can give even more, something we are proud and happy to do”. 

The company has organized multiple fund-raising initiatives over the course of 2010 and 2011 including parachute jumps, a London-Brighton bike ride, hot-coal walking, motorcycling in Africa, rallying in India, local and company raffles, Pub Quiz parties and more with much more planned for 2012.
