This year, we have been honoured to receive two major awards – The Sunday Times London Estate Agency of the Year 2011 and Best Independent Estate Agent UK at the Negotiator Awards. These awards are a real testament to the integrity of our team and an indication of the achievements to come in 2012 and beyond.

Since 2003 James Pendleton has striven to provide a service which our clients can feel at home with. Advertising campaigns are vital for communicating what we do, and over the years our campaigns have been created with care and innovation. We were delighted in 2008 to receive a Best UK Marketing award from the Daily Mail awards. This paved the way for the Marketing Estate Agency of the Year 2009 award from the Sunday Times.
