The stresses of moving home are not limited to signatures, surveys and removal vans. For new homeowners, the first few weeks in a new address can be as tumultuous as the move itself. Locating stopcocks, boilers and water supplies, notifying providers and searching for local amenities are just some of the tasks facing a purchaser. Add to this the pressures of navigating unfamiliar streets and it’s easy to see that new property owners don’t have it easy.
Our team have always done all they can to familiarise newcomers with South West London and to make moving home as stress free as possible. However we felt that a more comprehensive post sales service was needed. It was with great pleasure that we introduced this year our complimentary after sales care department, the James Pendleton Angel team.
The role of the James Pendleton Angel department is to give our purchasers the best possible start in their new home, making sure they feel welcome and settled in their new property and using their expertise to provide comprehensive and personable post sales care service, completely free of charge.
Our Angel team are delighted to offer a free key holding concierge system, invaluable if your family is visiting or if your new home is ever in need of a plumber, roofer, gardener or locksmith while you’re stuck at work or if you have accidentally locked yourself out. You can be assured that there will be a spare set of your property’s keys in your local James Pendleton office.
Our Angel department offers:
-A complimentary “Angel Keys” concierge system -A welcome pack comprising lists of useful local contacts and information on amenities in your area -Strong professional relationships with a host of local and trustworthy Property Maintenance and Handyman companies, including:
-A considerate and comprehensive source of information on the local area -Free professional advice regarding the upkeep and improvement of your new property
The Angel department’s network of contacts and access to our firmly established Property Management department gives James Pendleton homeowners exclusive access to our unrivalled expertise.
