It is a particularly proud day though, when the dedication of the whole company is recognised by one of the country’s most prestigious awarding bodies. This year, we have been honoured to receive seven major Estate Agency Awards –Employer of the Year, Best Independent Estate Agency Chain UK and finalist in Marketing Team of the Year at the Negotiator Awards and Prestige Property Gold Award, Best Medium London Estate Agents Silver Award, Best Estate Agency Innovation Silver Award and Best Estate Agency Training & Development Bronze Award at the Sunday Times Estate Agency of the Year Awards. These accolades are a real testament to the integrity of our team and an indication of the achievements to come in 2013 and beyond.

An award winning 2012 for James Pendleton was concluded by an award for ‘Best Charity Partnership with a Local Business’ at the Trinity Hospice Star Ball in recognition of the work Trinity and the LivetoGive charity organisation have done together over the years. This fantastic award really sets the James Pendleton team apart as passionate, innovative and community focused Estate Agents.

Our awards this year follow on from our success at the 2011 Negotiator Awards, where we already won Best Independent Estate Agent UK and the Sunday Times Awards where we were awarded Estate Agency of the Year 2011.

Since 2003 James Pendleton has striven to provide a service which our clients can feel at home with. Advertising campaigns are vital for communicating what we do, and over the years our campaigns have been created with care and innovation. We were delighted in 2008 to receive a Best UK Marketing award from the Daily Mail awards. This paved the way for the Marketing Estate Agency of the Year 2009 award from the Sunday Times.
